The museum, known as Virasat , is a treasure- trove of artefacts and artwork of the region comprising of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, has been set up within the Baithak Kalagram Complex and it is a centre of attraction for the tourists/visitors. The utensils, jewellery, pottery, art work, old articles and other materials like farming instruments, Charkha (Spinning Wheel) etc. have been displayed in the museum. Sanjhi Mata, which is worshipped during Navrataras in the rural areas of this region has also been crafted with mud to educate the new generation about the ancient culture and the materials/articles being used in the rural area of this region.
